Mr.Samuel(Sam)Cooke,29 of 2408 Ames Street,Los Angeles California,died Friday,December11,1964.

he was the son of Reverend Charles Cook and Annie May Carl Cook,born Tuesday,January 22.1935,in Clarksdale Mississippi.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Campbell Cooke of the home,daughters,Linda and Tracey Cooke of the home,Denise Sommerville of Cleveland ,Ohio,Samona Cooke,Sharon Cooke,And Paula Hutchins,of Chicago.

sons,Keith Bollings,of Ohio,and Joey Cooke,of Newark,NJ.

SISTERS,Mary,Hattie,and Agnes,all of Illionis,brothers,Clemmie,of Mississippi,Willie Cook,Charles,jr.,L.C,and David all of Illinois.

Mr.Cooke was predeceased by first wife,Delores,and son Vincent Lance Cooke.

Funeral services will be conducted by Reverend A.B.Charles,at MT.Zion Baptist Church in Los Angeles Ca..Friday,December18,1964 at 2;00 p.m.

burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery,Garden Of Honor
